　　新浪科技讯 5月8日上午消息，中华英才网今日上午发布一封内部信称，中华英才网出售于58同城，该交易从即日起完成。内部信同时表明，中华英才网原母公司爱尔兰尚龙集团将退出其在华业务并解除员工合同，现已授权FESCO和所有员工谈合同解除事宜，包括补偿金的计算和发放事宜。

　　信中明确表明，对所有员工的补偿方案是一致的，补偿金按N+2通过FESCO直接发放。补偿金将分两次发放，第一笔相当于N+1的金额会在5月底发放，剩下的补偿金会在8月底全部发放。

　　另外，内部信还指出58同城希望能聘用中华英才原有的大部分员工来继续发展中华英才网的业务。从今天起到下周三，58同城的人会与大家进行交流。与58同城签定新的劳动合同的员工，同样可以按上述分两次得到补偿金。(扬子)

　　Over the past number of months we have been approached by several interested parties in relation to potentially acquiring the ChinaHR business。

　　After numerous weeks of discussion we have agreed to sell the ChinaHR Business to 58.com and this sale will be completed imminently。

　　58 is an extraordinary NYSE listed internet company. 58 has agreed to acquire the China HR brand and other assets. In the future 58 will keep the brand of China HR and keep supporting the business of China HR. For example, 58 will share its great advantages in marketing, products and network traffic with ChinaHR。
