The ODP editors reserve the right to use their editorial discretion to determine which category or categories your site will ultimately be placed.
注意这里的category or categories，就是说一个网站是有可能被多个目录收录的，这完全取决于编辑员的主观判断。但一般只会被一个目录收录，如果同时被两个目录收录，被发现不合适，至少会从一个目录中被删除。有这样的案例。
DMOZ官方论坛里有编辑回答如下： Generally speaking, a business site is entitled for consideration in two categories: once in topical (by subject) and one in Regional (by physical location). But if there is no brick and mortar location for the site it is not eligible for a Regional listing.
